How do I give my consent for subscribing or unsubscribing from electronic notifications?

Selecting the electronic notification option when you are performing a procedure or without waiting for a procedure to be completed, accessing the service Consent for Subscription or Unsubscription of Electronic Notifications

How does it work?

Each time an electronic notification becomes available, the City Hall will send an informational email to the email address you provided. Please note that this email is for informational purposes only.

Regularly check your Electronic Notification Mailbox to verify if a new notification has been made available. Do not let more than 10 calendar days pass, as this is the period set by the regulations for you to access the notification. Otherwise, once the period has passed, the City Hall will consider that you have rejected the notification, and the act will be considered notified for all purposes, unless a technical or material impossibility of access is proven, either automatically or upon request.

In your mailbox, you can accept or reject new notifications. At that moment, the person (either physical or legal) will be considered notified and can view the notifications that have already been accepted or rejected.

Accepting or rejecting the notification will trigger the issuance of the corresponding receipt, which must be electronically signed.
