The Online Services Portal allows interested parties to sign using any of the main methods mentioned in Article 10 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure.
In accordance with the regulatory framework and based on the principle of proportionality, the required level of assurance is determined for each procedure.
Levels of assurance required according to the procedure:
HIGH-level procedures:
Recognized electronic signature of the form and submitted documents.
SUBSTANTIAL-level procedures:
Ordinary electronic signature of the form and submitted documents.
LOW-level procedures:
The forms and submitted documents are not signed.
