I have problems with "Firefox and Autofirm@!"

Error when signing a submitted document?

If, when submitting and signing a document using the autofirm@ client we have installed, we get a message like this:

It is resolved by importing the autofirma root certificate located at C:\Program Files\AutoFirma\AutoFirma\AutoFirma_ROOT.cer into Firefox, under Firefox Authorities. This may occur with the latest versions of Firefox.

I have problems with the "Electronic Register"!

Are there any file size limitations for uploads?

There is a limit of 15 MB for the size of files to be uploaded via the Electronic Register.

File name restrictions

Avoid the following characters:

  • Accents
  • Parentheses
  • ASCII codes

We recommend short and simple names (e.g., document 1, document 2, ...).

Problems signing a document
When signing a document or the application form, the message "Connection to AutoFirma could not be established" appears

This is because you do not have the AutoFirma application installed. Click here to download the application.

When signing a document, the message "The connection to the @firma application has been lost" appears

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), you must uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" option in "Internet Options -> Security" and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

What types of documents can be uploaded?

Within each application, when uploading a file, the accepted formats are specified.

However, it is recommended to upload the document in PDF format.

I have problems with "Windows and Firefox"

Do I have the public keys installed?

Firefox has a certificate store that is different from Internet Explorer and Chrome. Therefore, both the certificate to be used and its public keys must be installed in Firefox's key store.
