This section, called "Documents," brings together in a single space everything related to document generation through the Citizen Folder, such as Document Validation, the space where documents are made available to the citizen "Document Mailbox," as well as the way in which documents can be sent to the City Hall of Fuengirola from this site, using the Electronic Registry.
The electronic document issuance service of the City Hall of Fuengirola allows citizens to obtain electronic documents in real-time and from their home, in accordance with Royal Decree 209/2003. The issued electronic documents possess all the technical and functional characteristics necessary to have the same validity as a paper document.
During the document selection process for download, the citizen can choose to receive it in their own email or view it through the Document Mailbox, a space where documents are deposited for consultation, and where the citizen accesses to check the status of their download.
The documents include the Secure Verification Code (CSV) to allow third parties to verify the originality and authenticity of the document through the document validation service on the electronic headquarters.
